29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about at 6/13/16 located at 4745 Flycatcher Dr., Alpharetta, GA: Employees were installing plywood on the roof of a house that was under construction while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by his employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 23- feet on the 6/12 pitch roof. Claudio Velis was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 192. 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1043798, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on April 13, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1575 Bluestone Dr., Cumming, GA.
