29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  On or about at 6/14/16 located at 2600 Wevok Way, Grayson, GA: Employees were framing a house with lumber and plywood while on the roof, employees were observed tossing up lumber and passing up 2 x 4s and plywood to the roof, the employees were without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.
