On or about June 13, 2016, the employer did not ensure that energized parts or conductive objects were insulated from the employee working on the power distribution line. The employees were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock and electrocution.

29 CFR 1926.960(d)(1): Working from below. The employer did not ensure that each employee, to the extent that other safety-related conditions at the worksite permit, works in a position from which a slip or shock will not bring the employee's body into contact with exposed, uninsulated parts energized at a potential different from the employee's. Worksite located at E 36th St N and N Columbia Ave. Tulsa, OK 74110. On or about June 13, 2016, employees worked from a position that would bring the employee's torso into contact with exposed, uninsulated parts. The employees were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock and electrocution.
