Balestrieri Environmental & Development, Inc. project site located at 514 Fremont Street Algoma, WI 54201: On or about June 14, 2016, Balestrieri Environmental & Development, Inc. did not perform exposure monitoring to determine the airborne concentrations of asbestos for employees that were removing friable asbestos containing (AC) floor tile from a school, and had not utilized the same methods of control from previous sampling that was similar in nature.
