29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about June 13th ,2016 and at times prior employees were exposed to an eight foot fall hazard while installing roofing materials without the benefit of fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge of a 5/12 pitch roof on a residential house in the vicinity of 714 16th Street NW in Jamestown, ND.
