29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) Building 4: On May 18, 2016 and at times prior thereto an employee performed finish work on the second and third floor balconies without a fall protection system in place.  The employee was exposed to a 22 foot fall hazard to the ground below.     Note) Certification and documentation of corrective action ARE required for this item.
