The Trajan Saw Works horizontal band saw, model 101, serial no. 790026, did not have a guard to cover the unused portion of the blade;  2. The , Ryobl 10 inch table saw, did not have a guard in place to cover the blade;   3. The Hitachi chop saw, model C12RSH, did not have a guard in place to cover the blade;  4. The Metal Muncher press, model MM35A, serial no. 05199593, did not have a guard at the point of operation;  5. The Central Machinery 16 speed drill press did not have a guard at the point of operation
