The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a) On or about 6/14/16, at the northwest corner of a bank building under construction at 3858 N. Buffalo Road, Orchard Park, NY: Two employees were in the elevated basket of one Genie aerial lift, and one employee was in the basket of a second Genie aerial lift doing framing work and exposed to a fall of about 12 ft. None of the employees in either of the lifts was tethered to the basket of the lift. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
