29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6:    (a) Warehouse: Employees were exposed to explosion hazards by not firmly securing UN 1072 Oxygen, Compressed Cylinder to prevent falling or being knocked over.  (b) Wareyard, Flammable Cabinet: Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing a five gallon propane tank with flammable and combustible material such as, but not limited to, five gallon plastic gas can in the same flammable storage cabinet.    (c) Wareyard, Flammable Cabinet: Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing a  employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing three 14.1 Ounce Unknown Cylinders with flammable and combustible material such as, but not limited to, two five gallon gasoline plastic gas cans in the same flammable storage cabinet.  (d) Wareyard, Corrosives Cabinet: Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing a  employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing one 16.4 Ounce Coleman Propane Fuel Cylinder,  six 14.1 Ounce BenxOMatic Mapp Gas Cylinders, four 14.1 Ounce BenzOMatic Oxygen Cylinders and two 14.1 Ounce BenzOMatic Propane Fuel with flammable, combustible and corrosive material such as, but not limited to, two one gallon cans of linseed oil, two one gallon plastic bottles of bleach in the same corrosive storage cabinet.

(b) Warehouse: Employees were exposed to struck by hazard while using the Sears Craftsman Seventeen Inch Model # ZJ5125 Drill Press that was not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) Warehouse: Employees were exposed to caught in hazards while working on the RIKON 30-240 20-Inch Floor Drill Press with an unguarded chuck.  (b) Warehouse: Employees were exposed to caught in hazards while working on the Sears Craftsman Seventeen Inch Model #ZJ5125 Drill Press with an unguarded chuck.  THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, U. S. GEOLOGICAL SERVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 1036768, CITATION 01, ITEM 003 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 31, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT U. S. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, U. S. GEOLOGICAL SERVICE, ARIZONA WATER SCIENCE CENTER, TEMPE FIELD OFFICE, 1769 WEST UNIVERSITY DRIVE, SUITE 175, TEMPE, ARIZONA 85281.
