29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met (a) On or about 6/15/16 and at times prior to, IRS employees working at 22 Front Street in Memphis, TN, used and had access to Kleen Bore Formula 3 Gun Conditioner and Otis 085 Ultra Bore and Kleen Bore Formula 3 Gun Conditioner (eye and respiratory irritants) and the employer had not developed and made available a written hazard communication plan. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET). Notice #1, Item #2a, 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program.
