29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a) Construction site: On or about June 13, 2016 and at times prior, as the controlling employer, Golden Eagle Construction, Inc. did not ensure its subcontractor, Gruber Masonry, Inc. protected their employees in that employees were exposed to a fall from height and/or being struck by scaffold members or concrete blocks in the event of the scaffold platform shifting or collapsing. The employees were working at approximately 10 feet above the ground.
