Bruce Campbell Construction Company, Inc., 2755 Kirila Blvd. Hermitage, PA 16148, East wall next to spray booth areas, on or about May 13th, 2016, and times prior thereto:  Employees worked with and around exhaust from spray booth operations that involved the use of isocyanates.  Employees were not aware of the health hazards associated with isocyanates.
