29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. At building 5, employees installing floor joists were exposed to a 21 feet 3 inches and a 10 feet 8 inch fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not used. On or about 06/13/2016. b. At building 7, an employee laying out the building was exposed to a 9 feet 1 inch fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used. On or about 06/13/2016. THE UNITED FL CONSTRUCTION INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1126089, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 07/29/2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1200 MUZANO STREET, KISSIMMEE, FL 34741.
