Abatement certification must be submitted for these items.

29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(a): Point of operation guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not prevent entry of hands or fingers into the point of operation by reaching through, over, under or around the guard(s):    a)  Fabrication Area, on or about 6/13/16:  Point of operation on a Niagara part revolution mechanical power press,, Serial #43669, was not adequately guarded in that you could reach through the front of the guard.    b)  Fabrication Area, on or about 6/16/16:  Point of operation on a Bliss part revolution mechanical power press #12 was not adequately guarded in that you could reach through and around the sides of the guarding.    Abatement documentation must be submitted for these items.
