29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) 1215 Ridge Avenue - Employees operated a Powermatic 5 HP table saw cutting 3"x25"X3/4 flake boards without the adjusting hood. An employee had two fingers amputated on or about June 17, 2016. No abatement certification or documentation required
