29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(ii): Machines which had become wet were not thoroughly dried and tested before being used: a) On or about June 16, 2016, in the yard area at Tell City Boat Works, the employer failed to ensure two Lincoln Welding dc 655 machines that were exposed to the weather and elements were thoroughly dried and tested prior to being used. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
