(a)  S&S Amusements Inc. 95 Park Avenue Sinking Springs, PA  - The employer did not ensure that unqualified personnel working in an elevated position on the Rainbow Rocks Ride and the advertising flags maintained the required distance from the unguarded, energized overhead power line in the parking lot, thereby exposing the employee to an electrical hazard, on or about June 14, 2016.      No abatement certification or documentation required
