OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about 6/20/16 located in the center of the building: Two employees were climbing the rails / edge of the scissor lift to get up in to the ceiling bar joist area to install and weld the bar joist onto the building at approximately 18- foot above the lower level and exposed to a fall hazard of up to 18- feet.
