29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (3) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: Landscape Maintenance Services: The Employer's Hazard Communication training did not incorporate review of safety data sheets for chemicals such as, but not limited to gasoline that employees use daily. Employees did not receive training and relevant information about the risks associated with the chemicals they are exposed to. Observed on/or about 06/17/16.
