29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Generant Company / 18254 Technology Drive, Meadville, PA: On or about June 14, 2016 employees working with and around corrosive material including, but not limited to, Nitric Acid, Caustic Soda and Sulfuric Acid, did not have quick drenching facilities for the eyes or body within the brass side of the parts cleaning area.
