29 CFR 1926.351(b)(4): Welding cable(s) in use were in need of repair: a) Worksite - Employees were welding pipe while using a Miller CST 280 Stick Welder. Employees were using ripped welding cables that were repaired with duct tape; on or about 6/21/16. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
