29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the job site, 925 N. Waco, Wichita, KS, employees were doing roofing work on a 14 in 12 sloped roof without being tied off to the anchor systems. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet from the eave to the ground.
