29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6):  The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:     (a) On or about June 15, and at times prior, an unidentified solvent was left on a work surface near the paint booth in the wood shop in an open container where no label was present.      Abatement note: Corrected during inspection.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were legible, in English and prominently displaced on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift:    (a) On or about June 15, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that chemical labels on a one gallon container of Mohawk wood stain were legible so that employees could see the contents, which include naphthalene, xylene, and aromatic hydrocarbons.     Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours.  (a) On or about June 15, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not provide 2016 OSHA 300 logs to a Compliance Safety and Health Officer within four hours of them being requested during the opening conference of an inspection.   (b) On or about September 9, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not provde corrected and updated OSHA 300 logs for the Compark Megastore location to a Compliance Safety and Health Officer within four hours of request during follow-up request for information. (c) On or about October 4, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not provide OSHA 300 logs to a Compliance Safety and Health Officer when updated records for the year 2016 were requested via phone.  The updated 300 was not provided by the employer.  Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
