29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).Note: Specify distances as indicated in table in paragraph (f)(6) of this section: Front Face of Building - A scaffold was erected with only 19 inches of clearance between itself and a live power line feeding the building on which the employees were working exposing them to the hazards of electrical shock.
