29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: Martin Roofing Improvements LLC project site located at 8061 Hwy 57, Bailey's Harbor, WI: On and before June 21, 2016, employees were exposed to multiple hazards associated with roofing work, to include but not limited to, proper use of PPE, electrical, fall protection, ladder set up and use, and scaffold erection, when they had not been trained to recognize and avoid or correct hazards, or to understand and follow the OSHA Standards that apply to construction activity.
