Employees are exposed to the approximately 20 inch saw blade that spans the width of the dismantler table when the machine is in operation.    b)  On or about June 22, 2016, the employer failed to provide effective guarding on the Smart Products Two Person Portable Gas Dismantler located outside in the work yard.  Employees are exposed to the approximately 22 inch saw blade that spans the width of the dismantler table when the machine is in operation.
