29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a/ Inside of the Tire Storage Area, twenty light bulbs were exposed to being struck by the placement and retrieval of tires from storage racks. b/ Inside of the Tire Repair Station, the overhead, fluorescent, light bulbs were not secured or covered to prevent falling.
