OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing for likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards when storage capacity is not indicated on storage racks and maximum capacity has been reached: a.) Warehouse: On or about 6/23/16, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards when the employer required employees to store material that exceeded the storage rack capacity without ensuring the storage rack capacity was indicated on the storage racks. b.) Warehouse: On or about 6/23/16, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards when storing material such as but not limited to wheels and drums that exceed the maximum beam weight, such as but not limited to 4400lb to 5700lb, depends on the storage rack location.
