29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:    a) Koch Foods of Gainesville, LLC, 950 Industrial Blvd., Gainesville, GA - In the sanitation department, an employee was exposed to chemical splash while dispensing corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to, Zo-Chlor, Dynachlor, Zanatize, Dynachlor and Bright Eze and adding water. Proper tied with tightly goggles and face shield were not used. The employer provided and required impact resistant safety glasses, on or about 6/23/16.    b) Koch Foods of Gainesville, LLC, 950 Industrial Blvd., Gainesville, GA - In the sanitation department, employees were exposed to chemical splash while handling corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to, Zo-Chlor, Dynachlor, Zanatize, Dynachlor and Bright Eze. Proper tied fitting goggles were not used. The employer provided and required impact resistant safety glasses, on or about 6/23/16.
