29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii): All sweepings, solid or liquid wastes, were not removed in such a manner as to avoid creating a menace to health and as often as necessary or appropriate to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition. a) Date of Violation: On or about 06-22-2016 and times prior thereto, located at Quantico Marine Corps Base at Newlin Hall, G-6 Branch Head Office and Staff Office spaces, 2200 Lester St. Quantico, VA 22134. Employee(s) were exposed to bird and animal feces located on employee desks, walls, floors, handrails, and above drop ceiling tiles. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
