29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: a) On June 23, 2016, two employees were painting trim over the perimeter roof edge on a 34 foot high building without fall protection. A third employee on the roof without fall protection was observing one of the two employees painting.
