29 CFR 1926.1431(e)(12): The weight of the platform and its rated capacity was not conspicuously posted on the platform with a plate or other permanent marking: Southwest side of hotel: On or about June 23, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, while working from a personnel platform being lifted by a crane that did not have the capacity posted on the lifting platform.

29 CFR 1926.1431(h)(1): A trial lift with the unoccupied personnel platform loaded at least to the anticipated liftweight was not made from ground level, or any other location where employees will enter the platform, to each location at which the platform is to be hoisted and positioned: Southwest side of hotel: On or about June 23, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, while working from a personnel platform without having performed a load test prior to being elevated by the crane.
