29 CFR 1910.178(l): Operators were not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks:                                                                                                                                             (a) Baul's Towing, LLC, 514 Belmont Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19804 - On or about 6/24/16, operators of powered industrial trucks such as, a Clark propane-powered forklift and a Kawasaki front end loader, were not trained in the safe operation of these powered industrial trucks. The lack of training exposed these employees to unsafe conditions.    Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
