29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. On or about June 24, 2016, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet. The employees were installing roofing materials on a newly constructed gas station located in Brunswick, Ohio 44212. The employees were working on all areas of the roof without fall protection.
