OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees performing duties of Solar Panel Installation during elevated heat conditions were exposed to excessive heat conditions: On or about June 20, 2016, on a residential home in Fort Worth, TX, employees were exposed to excessive heat conditions while installing solar panels on a residential roof in an outdoor environment.
