29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 06/16/16, at the Marriott Frenchman Reef/Morning Star Hotel site, an employee conducting landscaping work was observed riding on a man basket in a moving aerial lift exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet. This employee was not protected from falling by the use of an appropriate means of fall protection. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
