29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) or passageway(s) were not kept in good repair: Employees operating standup platform trucks in the warehouse were exposed to hazards such as struck against and fall hazards from running over uneven surfaces in that the floor surfaces were not kept in good repair in locations including but not limited to the following: a) PO4/1201, 7 inch long crack & approximately 1/2 inch deep. b) SU0204202/G-11, crack 3/4 inch deep. c) PO$/5506, surface damage. d) PO4/00603 at NW End of warehouse, crack 2 inches deep, 12 inches long. e) West end dP6/Fpo6/01101, cracked
