29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle: On or about June 24, 2016, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that: a. The YALE Forklift, Model Number GLC050LX horn was inoperable, and was not taken out of service. b. The HYSTER Forklift, Model Number: S50XM, did not have functional lights. Dawson Logistics, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(q)(7), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1043479, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 3, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 714 W. Ross Lane, Danville, IL 61832.
