On or about June 28, 2016, at the yard area of the above addressed jobsite, a powered industrial truck (i.e. Komatzu Model TE25-P-16, Serial #2116378) had its seat broken. Contender Boats Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1014277, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1820 SE 38 Avenue, Homestead, FL 33035.

29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: a. On or about June 28, 2016, at Building #2 - Woodworking department of the above addressed jobsite, a fan (i.e. Air Master Fan Company, Model BTA48R11) lacked a ground prong on its attachment plug, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. On or about June 28, 2016, at Building #2 - Woodworking department of the above addressed jobsite, a fan (i.e. Model 4UX60A) lacked a ground prong on its attachment plug, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. Contender Boats Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1014277, citation number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on June 23, 2015 respect to a workplace located at 1820 SE 38th Ave, Homestead, Fl 33035.
