29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about June 29, 2016, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 11 feet.  The employees were installing sheeting materials on a newly constructed home located in Brunswick, Ohio 44212.  The employees were working on the 2nd level without using fall protection.    The Joni Yoder Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1020412 citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/19/15, with respect to a workplace located at191 Holbrook Ave., Lackawanna, New York.    The Joni Yoder Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1096190 citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/3/15, with respect to a workplace located in Medina Ohio.
