29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): When and where energized circuits existed, the employer failed to post and maintain proper warning signs, advise employees of the location, hazard involved, and the proper protective measures to be taken: a) Jobsite: Hip City Veg space, mezzanine - Employees conducting demolition of electrical wires were exposed to shock hazards as the employer did not post and maintain proper warning signs, or advise employees of the location of the energized wires, the hazards involved, and the protective measures to be taken. An employee who cut an unidentified energized electrical wire with a wire cutter was shocked and hospitalized. Noted on or about 6/16/16.
