29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) On or about June 30, 2016 and at times prior, no written Hazard Communication Program was in place for employees working with an acid-based cleaner (Luma Shine) to clean the wash bays. Chemicals were not properly labeled, Safety Data Sheets were not available to employees, and employees had not been trained regarding the chemicals in the workplace and the hazards associated with those chemicals.
