29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about June 29, 2016, and at times prior, the employees were exposed to electrical hazards in the Main Shop while operating the Miller 250 welder whereas the plug did not have adequate strain relief. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
