29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer shall assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). If such hazards are present, or likely to be present, the employer shall:    a. At the work site, employees cleaned 111 extended stay hotel suites and common areas, including handling soiled bath and bed linens for laundry.  The employer did not assess the workplace for hazards.

At the work site located at 6095 Emerald Parkway, Dublin, Ohio, the employer had not developed an exposure control plan for employees who had occupational exposure to blood and other potential infectious material (OPIM) .

29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer shall make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure, and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up to all employees who have had an exposure incident.    a.  At the work site located at 6095 Emerald Parkway, Dublin, Ohio, employees who worked as houseman, housekeepers and laundry personnel were exposed to blood and other potential infection material (OPIM) during the cleaning of rooms and during the handling of soiled laundry.  For those employees with occupational exposure to blood and OPIM, the employer did not offer or provide Hepatitis B vaccines.
