29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer shall make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure, and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up to all employees who have had an exposure incident. a. At the work site located at 6095 Emerald Parkway, Dublin, Ohio, employees who worked as houseman, housekeepers and laundry personnel were exposed to blood and other potential infection material (OPIM) during the cleaning of rooms and during the handling of soiled laundry. For those employees with occupational exposure to blood and OPIM, the employer did not offer or provide Hepatitis B vaccines.
