29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. Located on the west side of a residential roof structure, there was no frequent and regular inspections being performed by a competent person to ensure materials equipment such as residential fall protection systems and/or devices were being maintained and utilized in a safe condition while employees were engaged in framing work hand signaling. Potential fall height was measured to be greater than 25' above the ground below.
