29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which is six feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 4340-4352 Victory Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10314. Employee was allowed on and from the second story roof, at the edge of the roof with no fall protection system in place exposing the employee to fall hazards of 25 feet. Condition occurred on or about 06/28/16.
