29 CFR 1926.451(f)(1): Scaffold and/or scaffold components were loaded in excess of their maximum intended loads or rated capacities, whichever was less: (a) Southeast of building - On or about June 30, 2016 employee was using a 500 pound maximum lift capacity scissor lift to elevate four (4) 700 pound transformers 10 feet high. The transformers were placed on a pallet secured to the top of the guard rails.
