OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards:    a) Job site at 7 Ward Witty Dr., Montville NJ    An employee was exposed to the hazard of falling from a tree when the rigging line used to lower parts of the tree came into contact with the climbing line.    Violation occurred on or about 7/2/2016.
