29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid: a) On or about June 27, 2016 at Lot 119 Moondance Drive in Mosinee, the employer failed to provide on-site certified first aid services for an injured employee who fell 8 ft. to surface level. The employee was taken to a hospital which was 10 minutes from the site.
