29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous:        a) On or about 07/01/16, on the fourth floor of an old building under renovation at 197 Virginia Street, Buffalo, NY: An employee used a Chicago one-half inch Compact Right Angle Drill to drill through studs. The plug on the cord of the drill was missing the ground prong.         NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:      a) On or about 07/01/16, on the stairway from the fourth floor to the third floor of an old building under renovation at 197 Virginia Street, Buffalo, NY:  Employee was exposed to a potential fall down/off the stairway which had approx.  12 risers and was not enclosed on the left side descending.  No stair rail system was present on this side.    b) On or about 07/01/16, on the stairway from the third floor to the second floor of an old building under renovation at 197 Virginia Street, Buffalo, NY:  Employee was exposed to a potential fall down/off the stairway which had approx.  12 risers and was not enclosed on the left side descending.  No stair rail system was present on this side.      NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
